Customer service hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 10 AM to 1 PM and 5 PM to 8 PM.
- Friday: 10 AM to 1 PM.
- Saturdays: 11 AM to 2 PM.
Please note that phone calls are exclusively attended to from 5 PM to 8 PM, Monday to Thursday, and during the Saturday service hours. For a more extended and responsive service, we recommend contacting us via WhatsApp, as we even respond outside of our regular hours.
August Hours: During the month of August, we will be available for you on Tuesdays and Thursdays, during our regular hours. Order shipments will be made on these days, always adhering to the timelines explained here. For example, an order placed from Friday to Monday will be shipped on Tuesday, while an order placed on Tuesday or Wednesday will be shipped on Thursday. If you have a very urgent order, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
