Customer service hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 10 AM to 1 PM and 5 PM to 8 PM.
  • Friday: 10 AM to 1 PM.
  • Saturdays: 11 AM to 2 PM.

Please note that phone calls are exclusively attended to from 5 PM to 8 PM, Monday to Thursday, and during the Saturday service hours. For a more extended and responsive service, we recommend contacting us via WhatsApp, as we even respond outside of our regular hours.
