INSURED SHIPMENTS, WE DO NOT SEND BY ORDINARY MAIL OR ANY OTHER METHOD OUTSIDE THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.

We regret that we cannot offer the same rate for the whole of Europe, but at least there is always the option of free shipping, and we try to help by covering the cost. The courier service has its costs and all deliveries will be made from Barcelona. We appreciate your understanding.

*There are reasons beyond Daring Light’s control that may cause delays in deliveries, such as delays from the logistics company, adverse weather conditions, restrictions in transport traffic, etc. From Daring Light, in these situations, we ask for patience. Daring Light does not take the packages to their destination.

The products purchased in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, Switzerland, Andorra, United Kingdom, Norway, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro are exempt from the Spanish VAT at 21%.
The customer will be responsible for any taxes invoiced upon receipt of the goods (IGIC, IPSI or VAT of the country of destination). If they are not paid on receipt and the package is returned to Daring Light, the client will be reimbursed the amount of the order discounting the expenses that the courier bills us for the returned package and the shipment made even if it was free of charge for reaching a minimum order.
Each export involves a Single Administrative Document (SAD) which the courier company invoices us for and which is included in the shipping costs. We assume part of the cost.

All shipments will be sent by Correos Express, Correos, Seur or DHL, depending on the destination.

IN THE EVENT OF AN ORDER WHERE THE DESTINATION OF THE ORDER INVOLVES AN EXAGGERATED TRANSPORT COST, WE WILL BE OBLIGED TO CANCEL THE ORDER.

THE RATES CONTEMPLATE A WIDE TERRITORY BUT THERE ARE ISLANDS AND GEOGRAPHICAL AREAS THAT ARE NOT INCLUDED AND BELONG TO THE COUNTRIES LISTED.

All orders placed on weekends, public holidays (national, or in the autonomous community of Catalonia), will be handled and shipped on the next business day. The condition for an order without samples to be prepared the same day it is received is that the order reaches us before 12 PM (Spanish time). You will always have a tracking number of the shipment.

All our shipments are always made with elegance and respect for the brands that have accepted the journey with Daring Light. Therefore, our packaging, presentation and care for shipments will always be with custom boxes and offering the elegance of Daring Light.

ALL ORDERS WILL BE PHOTOGRAPHED BEFORE LEAVING OUR FACILITY.
THE CONTENTS AS WELL AS THE CLOSED PACKAGE WILL BE PHOTOGRAPHED BEFORE LEAVING OUR FACILITY.

PRE-ORDERS & BACKORDER

All orders that include a pre-ordered or backordered item will be shipped once it is complete. No partial orders will be shipped.

An item that can be backordered is synonymous with immediate replenishment, which means that the shipping delay will be two to three days after receiving the order.

RETURNS POLICY

A customer can take advantage of the right of withdrawal, so you can return an item purchased, without the need to tell us the reason. Although we appreciate to know it to be able to improve. Returns of items sold in Daring Light will be accepted, where the customer will have 14 days from receipt of the order to notify us of their intention to use the right of withdrawal. The cost of the return shall be borne by the purchaser, when the return is for personal reasons of the purchaser.

The item(s) must not have been opened or broken factory seals/wax seals or Daring Light sealing seals. Attention to the latter, since there are brands that sell their perfumes without seals.

The customer must take the maximum care to protect the item to be returned, trying to use the same methods that were provided on delivery.

And Daring Light offers its own sealing to guarantee the good condition and control the non-opening of the article. In the case of a return in which it is obvious that the item has been manipulated by the customer, it will not be accepted, and we will proceed to send the item again. The customer will be contacted and will be charged for the new shipment.

Daring Light takes extreme precautions in the packaging of the items it sells, and takes great care to be very careful and hygienic in its handling. Daring Light’s top priority is to get your purchase to you in excellent condition. If any accident occurs in the shipment, please contact us. If the courier is going to deliver a package to you and you see that it has been opened, or hit, you can indicate this on the delivery or refuse delivery. Take pictures as we will ask for them.

The brands sold in Daring Light comply with extraordinary quality levels, but this does not prevent that flaws may occur. Besides, we are human, and we can make some mistakes in the shipment. If your order meets any of these causes, do not worry, contact us and we will facilitate the return.

You can choose between a voucher for the amount of the refund or a refund of the return price to the original payment method.

Daring Light has a period of 7 to 14 working days to evaluate the status of the return and the corresponding reimbursement.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR CONTACT WITH DARING LIGHT.

Once the return has been formalised, you will be provided with the return address.

All of the above will always be after receiving the return and checking its condition.

Once the intention of the return has been communicated, Daring Light will provide the method of return to the buyer.
