Terms of Use

The Daring Light Gift Card:

• Can be used until the balance is exhausted for purchases within our store.
• Cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another payment method.
• The card value can be customized by the buyer, according to the amount they wish to gift.
• The amount of the gift card includes all applicable taxes, such as VAT (where applicable), in accordance with current legislation.

Important:

• Daring Light is not responsible for lost, stolen, inactive, or damaged cards once sent. It will be treated as cash.
• If you notice an error in the recipient’s email address shortly after the purchase, we can cancel the card and issue a new one.
• Only the original buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the purchase, provided the card has not been used.
• Digital delivery only. Postal delivery is not available at this time.
• Fraudulent use: The card cannot be used for illegal or fraudulent activities. In the case of misuse, Daring Light reserves the right to cancel the remaining balance and revoke the card.
• Limitation of liability: Daring Light will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or misuse of the gift card, including system errors, delivery failures, or issues related to product purchases.
• Changes to terms: Daring Light reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
