Parfums Dusita is an independent haute perfumery brand, created by Pissara Umavijani in 2016.

Dusita was created for the love of perfumery and the passion for poetry. Pissara aims to create perfumes that create happiness for everyone.

“For my thirteenth perfume, I wanted to pay an even more direct homage to his personality. Named after him, Montri conveys aspects of his character and idiosyncrasies, the things he loved and believed in, as well as the fragrances he mostly enjoyed. Wanting to reflect the soul’s eternal character, I went one step further: I imagined what kind of fragrance he would have loved today, had he still been alive.

Spices were an integral part of my father’s life; he enjoyed them in food, as well as in fragrances. To him, they represented the voyages he made, and the ones he dreamt of; all the people he met around the globe, and the ones he hoped to meet…”

A soft cloud of spices contrasts with the invigorating energy of petitgrain, and the slightly gourmand character of the dried fruit accord that Pissara developed.

In the heart, the deep, soulful beauty of lily butter joins the lush floral power of roses, jasmine and Ylang Ylang, creating a soft leather and tobacco accord.

By the time you discover the base, you will find the precious Palao oud, shining in all its complex olfactory glory, with an emphasis on softness, accompanied by patchouli, sandalwood, vetiver, cedarwood, oakmoss and tonka bean.
