Description
D-Souls is the result of collaboration, teaching, and mutual respect between master and student. It is proof that when souls meet, creativity becomes eternal.
Lágrimas de Boabdil by D-Souls is a fragrance that captures the essence of the last Nasrid king of Granada, Boabdil, and the grandeur of the Alhambra. It transports you to a time of luxury and oriental opulence.
The top notes evoke the lush gardens and bazaars of Granada, with a spicy and fresh touch. At the heart, cedar, sandalwood, and ebony represent the king’s nobility, while incense adds an oriental touch of grandeur. The base, ambered and warm, symbolizes resignation and peace after adversity.
Lágrimas de Boabdil is an olfactory tribute to the lost history and emotional legacy of the last Muslim king of Spain, taking us on a sensory journey that endures through time.
An original idea by Javier Caballero, perfected by master perfumer Daniel Josier.
Top notes: bergamot, cardamom and watery accord.
Heart notes: incense, lavender and vetiver.
Base notes: vanilla, cedarwood and sandalwood.

From the first moment, Tears of Boabdil is perceived as a watery and ethereal perfume, almost like the morning dew on the ancient walls of the Alhambra. Its top notes are fresh and crystalline, an enveloping sensation that conveys serenity and reflection.
As it evolves, its esoteric and mysterious side emerges, with a subtle incense note, like a veil of smoke that floats in the air without imposing itself. It is neither dense nor ecclesiastical incense, but a spiritual breeze that adds depth without overshadowing its freshness.
The balance between aquatic, fresh and spiritual is its greatest virtue. It inspires calm, introspection and an almost mystical aura, perfect for those looking for a fragrance that not only smells good, but tells a story.
🔹 Watery, ethereal and spiritual.
🔹 Perfect for moments of calm and inner connection.
🔹 A perfume for sensitive and mysterious souls.

What a beautiful way to describe Tears of Boabdil! It is a perfume that really captures that duality between the serenity of water and the depth of incense. That ethereal and spiritual veil makes it unique, almost as if it tells whispers of stories past within the walls of the Alhambra.
I love how you highlight its balance, because that’s precisely where its magic lies: a fragrance that not only perfumes, but invites introspection.
Did it transmit more melancholy or peace? Because I think it plays with both emotions in a very special way.
