« El sol es el mejor torero. »
The sun is the best bullfighter. Without the sun, the best bullfighter is not there – he is like a man without a shadow.
As an homage to Ernest Hemingway’s 1930s non-fiction book Death in the Afternoon, Hora de la Verdad introduces the essence of bullfighting in its relentless fragrance, battling the scents of the world all day long, stirring in your passions much like those that bind the bull to its matador.
Top notes: bergamot, Seville orange, coriander seed, Timut pepper and pink pepper.
Heart notes: Spanish saffron, Turkish rose absolute and geranium absolute.
Base notes: vetiver, leather, ambergris, musk and Spanish labdanum.
